So I know a lot of us are in the same situation as far as we are unable to get a drivers license but in a couple of states. Do we know of any kind of changes coming up soon about that issue? or is there a state that maybe gives licenses to us while we wait for the Dream Act to be passed?

Nope. Undocumented immigrants can't get a DL in California. Washington does, though.

Unfortunately, as of June 1st, Maryland will require proof of legal presence in the United States when applying for a driver's license. (http://www.marylandmva.com/DriverSer...ulpresence.htm)

That only leaves us with Washington, New Mexico, Utah, and Hawaii.
