Dave is an immigration attorney, he is also the main blogger and moderator at the immigration page at change.org. He works really hard and posts blogs nonstop, sometimes finds the time to respond to some comments.

I asked him what he thinks about 2009 being the year for CIR/DA... this was his reply:

Prospects are looking dim for 2009. 2010 might be tough too. I've not seen Obama really indicate that it's a priority for him. Politicians rarely do something unless it is easy for them or they are forced to do it. Neither seems to be the case here.

I guess Obama has to debate and vote on the bill all by himself according to this guy.
