Ok!
So I have just mailed letters to the senators that are listed as undecided regarding their position on The Dream Act.
I have mailed at least 4 letters to each senator (to their different offices). I have mailed them to Lisa Murkowski, Mark Pryor, Lindsey Graham, George Voinovich, May Landrieu, Judd Gregg, Chuck Grassley, Blanche Lincoln, Ben Nelson, Robert Bennett, Kent Conrad, Kay Bailey Hutchison, Robert Byrd, Jon Tester, Max Baucus and Byron Dorgan.
That is 16 senators and at least 4 letters to each of them. I have already emailed each, and next I will make phone calls and fax them.
THIS IS OUR TIME DREAMERS!! EVERYONE NEEDS TO START SENDING THE EMAILS AND MAKING THE CALLS AND MAILING LETTERS, POSTCARDS, ETC.
PLEASE do not sit there thinking everyone else is doing it so you don't have to. The Dream Act is not going to pass that way. WE ALL NEED TO STAND UP AND DO THIS TOGETHER.
Please don't think about the cost of stamps, who cares, spend $100 on stamps if you have to, we need to show that we are here and that we need their vote. They need to know we are here!!
I am sick of living my life this way and this is my time to act. This is OUR time to act. SO PLEASE, I AM BEGGING ALL OF YOU TO START MAKING THE CALLS, SENDING THE EMAILS, POSTCARDS, FAX....
If you have an hour to watch TV you should get online and start writing emails. PLEASE, WE NEED TO GET THE WORD OUT, WE NEED TO SHOW THE SENATORS THAT WE ARE HERE, AND WE DEMAND EDUCATION FOR ALL.
IT IS NOW OR GOD KNOWS WHEN, SO GET UP AND DO ANYTHING YOU CAN.

Go to the "TAKING ACTION" forum and read "CALLING ALL STATES INTO ACTION" I want to get together signatures from some students from this year's graduating high school class. It is scheduled for this Thursday (6/11) and Friday (6/12) and i need HELP. Let me know asap about what you think and if you can lend a hand
