Has anyone been accepted to UNLV graduate college and is paying in-state tuition? I was accepted as a Nevada resident during my undergrad but I don't know if I can be admitted as a Nevada resident for my graduate studies. Right now I'm taking classes as a nondegree-seeking student. Their application form is online and they're requiring legal documents.

Help is appreciated

you should talk to the admissions dept. or a counselor. i would highly consider telling them about your situation. Every person that i have met at UNLV or CSN has been helpful and nice. i dont know how your experience was though.

Hey Guys i'm curently residing here in Vegas and I'm really glad i found people in the same boat no pun intended. but I never thought it was possible to pursue further education with our situation. Any info as to how to go about would be truly helpful.

Well if you have a Diploma, it is easy. Just go to CSN, register, talk to a counselor and tell them about your situation. (Don't worry they don't bite, most if not all will be gladly to help you) After all that, if you haven't took any SAT or ACT tests lately I would suggest taking the placement tests so they know in what classes you can strife for. (Well it's basically required lol)

well its not required to take it, at least at CSN. you take an english placement and math placement tests. this will allow them to figure out, what level they will place you in. some ppl place lower than college level. so instead of taking the class and wasting 200$. they re-take it in 4 mos. which you are allowed to do, anytime.
