Anyone living in Albuquerque maybe can contribute some info?
Anybody done this before?

Please, help fellow dreamers by sharing your knowledge and experience.
What do you plan to do with your New Mexico DL, don't you need one from the state you live in, most states now require proof of SSN when exchanging a DL from state to state.

I am also going to WA in a few weeks to try myself. I will be flying, I called the airport to see how I could board the plane they told me a bank card with your photo such as the ones BofA issues would suffice. They should only use the card or any Id they accept to identify you and not to prove your legal status. I think driving would be too big of a risk.

i have been wanting to do this but im in a bit of doubt

do states share information?

i mean if i go to WA and get a license, would California know that i am registered under AB 540?

that would disqualify me right?

and say if later on cali discovers that i have claimed residency in WA, would i be in some kind of trouble?

please anyone with answers post or PM me.

thanks
