What Should Happen to Those Who Come After
If I understand it correctly (and correct me if I am not), the DREAM act will limit its benefits to those of a broad age group. And for the children who are younger than 12 when the DREAM act is enacted, it will not help those children as they grow up? That idea frightens me. What happens to them? Will the act be "re-enacted" every 35 years, or something?
I am sure some of us have brothers or sisters who are below that age.
