personally I thought he was being a bit dramatic about that, but he knows immigration law better then I do.
im not talking about scholarships or grants, im talking about paying in-state tuition, all the money is coming out of our pockets, were not asking for aid from the gov't. some colleges accept different forms of docs to show you have been a resident. for example my school accepts w-2's. with your unexpired passport. even if i worked and got paid cash, i still filed taxes with my itin. there is nothing illegal about that.

Great outlook you have, and I hope you can find a job that'll help you take even a small amount of credits at your community college. I've been working like crazy and pay about 3.5k a semester out of pocket for mine, but I think it's worth it. You don't need to max out on credits, just do what you can afford.

If you go to craiglist, beware of the pervs there. Also, stay away from the casual encounters section lol. In all seriousness, I wish you the best of luck finding a job.

hey veronica, you should try talking to your counselor or a teacher your close to about this.they would be very happy to help.thats what i did when i was in highschool.my sister is going to be a senior also and thats what she plans to do. you could try to get a job at a local pizza shop, mcdonald or something. try community college, they're a lot cheaper. i really hope DA pass so you can go to school and experience the college life and have a better future. i hope you get a scholarship. good luck with everything
