It may be irritating to read threads of people complaining about their situation, but I don't think that makes them weak. I'm sure most of us have gone through tough times when we had nobody to turn to and this place was the only place where we didn't feel so alone.
I see nothing wrong with people coming here and talking to others about their situation. Sometimes when they post about a problem, even if they are just complaining or bitching, another member comes up with an idea or a solution that the op didn't think of.
We all need to be more positive and be thankful for what we have, but we all have bad days when we just need to vent.

As I have stated previously, I don't have problem with people venting. I really don't. I do, however, get annoyed by people bitching in the following manner...

Person 1:

when will the bill be re-introduced?
It's obvious that no one knows but is there an estimated time/ day when it will be voted again?

Person 2:

Soon. Find some way to be productive meanwhile and stay out of trouble. That's the only information/advice I can give you.

Person 1:

Like??? i stay @ home al-day... i cant do sh*t without this.. well i start college on august 20 but.. outside of that.. i have nothinggggggggggg omg
yea.. i sort of do that.. but i think about it too much when im not really doing anything.. so i gotta keep myself busy.. but sometimes i run out of things to do.. and then

I'm sorry, but I have no tolerance for stuff like this. If you can't find what to do with yourself, then you got some serious issues that span far beyond being undocumented. But oh well, they do have the right to bitch about their life as I am bitching about the shit that is being put up on this forum. So I guess it all works out!!!

totally agree!

drvenom: i agree that such things are extremely annoying. you, however, actually read them... why? When I stat reading something and it is boring, annoying, or not of my interest i just move on. As simple as that.

I whined for 5 years.

I'm supporting myself now but I could have realized things a long time ago and have been a lot more ahead, maybe even be a citizen now.

We are all here because it's its getting late.

But being late is for damn sure better than never.

Exactly. Locking because this thread is only going to get out of control.
