Hello TPS man. I've found it and thought that you might be interested.

LEGAL ALIENS that are in the US on a TPS status can join the military if they can qualify (there are standards for this program) and get a green card. This is a pilot program and read this:

That pilot program is only for people who has a valid visa.

But I'm pretty sure that in the near future the US Army will give Green Cards to every foreigner that wants to join the military. Like the French Foreign Legion is doing in France (but France sucks big time and they hate foreigners and they'll send you to places where you will die for sure and they want to sacrifice your life and not a French man life, the Frenches send the Legionaires to lost battles).

The US have a HUGE shortage in soldiers and soon people will start getting Green Cards for joining in. Give it time.

But it wouldn't hurt if you spoke with a recruiter, maybe there's a program that I don't know about.

Well I just don't want to be some person in the army I want to join the NAVY to someday become a SEAL. I know its like a lot to ask but I guess beggars can't be choosers, so what if I renewed my visa? My mum is always saying if I do I would be able to do a lot more.

You can't renew your visa after it expired and you're still in the US. You're an illegal immigrant right now because you didn't left the US because your visa expired. In the second you leave the US - You will get a 10 years ban. The only ways for you to get a new visa after you are an illegal immigrant are:
* Marry a US citizen and get a Green Card.
* Wait for the DREAM ACT to pass and adjust your status.
* Wait until the US Army will decide to recruit illegal immigrants and give them Green Cards.

These are your options. But still, wouldn't hurt to speak with a recruiter.

The US could start a war with North Korea tomorrow and with Iran next week and they'll need soldiers.

If McCaine was the president he'd attack them already and start recruiting people but Obama wants to solve every issue by talking.

Navy Seals, US Marines or whatever. Beggars can't be choosers. Keep your eye on those laws and something might change in the near future.

I'm just a little scared of telling my recruiter I'm illegal, since I haven't told anybody.

Hey yea I hear about that, but it's the first time I see that PDF which is very useful.

Thouse I only speek Spanish and English and I'm not a Doctor lol.

So I opted to learn Arabic, but is such a hard language, is like imposible to learn how to read, though I'm kinda of getting good in the comprehension of undestanding of words and sentences in Audio.

Now I have list of of Languages I could go for that might be easier.

They are not the INS, they wont do anything about it. Is like if you tell Mr. Obama you are an Illigal, do you think is going to call INS?

Though I'm skeptic that a recruiter will recruit illigals, in that case I would have being enlisted already.

I'm pretty sure they did before though, watch this

Arabic is hard at first but it gets easier after a little while. Once you know the letters you'll be able to read easily. Learning how to talk is very easy, just listen to a lot of Arabic. I know someone who worked with Arabs for awhile and they spoke to him only Arabic and now he speaks Arabic fluently, but he can't read or right.

I'm sure that they are looking for people with a very high level of Arabic so it could take you a year to get to this level. But in a year they'll need Arabic translators even more.

Start watching TV shows in Arabic, download it from the internet and watch it until you will start understanding it. That's how a lot of people learn to speak a new language.
