i was reading the other post about it...
so if i go to new mexico i can get one ? i also read the requirements.. but can you change it when you get to texas ? or is it cool but the address on that licesense is from new mexico not texas sooo..?
my friend said he got his with a tax payer number ( social ) like 5yrs ago tho...
wish i knew about it back than.. was just like 16
