having never carried an american liscence, anyone know if they can be traded in for another state's once it's done? I've heard of such shenannigans from legal americans..

ok so new mexico is the place to get the driver license ? also can i tbe change when move back to your state u already live for example me back to texas..

is their anyway in texas i can get a driver license w/ the irs taxpayer number ?

you cant get one in texas anymore without being legal. it was possible several years back, not anymore.

Yes,you can change both State ID's & Driver's Licenses to that of another State you live in by using the old ID but it would depend on the State regulations on how they have implemented Real ID.Most States I have seen so far require a person to showcase legal status in the US when going through the ID conversion process.

hey guys I was reading something about having to be 21 to get the actual license, and if you go in being under 21, you will only come out with permit deal that expires soon after. that is because in order to take the driving test, you must posess a permit or be 21+.. can anyone look into that or please prove me wrong.. perhaps its an outdatted fact..

this 2nd link .. is where i became concerned.. in the 3rd paragraph of 1st time drivers, it reads
"" Applicants under 21 must have held a learners permit for 6 months before taking the road skills test. ""
