Fairly good article on the state of immigration reform.

http://www.politicalaffairs.net/arti...icleview/8893/

Intro:

"President Obama announced this week that he thinks that immigration reform legislation can be done early next year, 2010. This represents a postponement from the original idea of getting it done this coming fall. Although this disappoints immigration reform activists, it is not the end of the world, and there are many tasks for the struggle to take on."

True, but people were under the impression that Climate bill and Financial regulation would be done by dec/jan as well.

Which poses a new question, Dream act is introduced in the senate and house as of now..What is going to make them have a vote on it... How does this process start ?!
