I'm not religious and I like the peace and quiet of churches, it helps me relax, when no one is there, just go there for the quiet, it might help you.

We all went through this, and like juang said, you will come out of it.

I also suggest making things and selling them online or starting a webservice.

Hun...you're totally not alone. I had that dream too, and if our "dreamy" situtation had let me, I could've been a great doctor.

I was going to school for nursing as a stepping stone, and even considered working for the military, which wouldn't be hard to do because US army kept on sending me application brochures based on my GPA back in hs. And I graduated with honors too, so I was getting offers from good colleges as well. But since I don't have the right papers, I couldn't accept, and it was very difficult. The way I look at it now sometimes is that they lost their chance on having me....hell, I've got more than one phonecalls from US service asking me to apply (they must've really wanted me). Too bad. I could've been great as a military nurse too, and I believe you also have the same asset to offer that you couldn't quite give.

Hang in there hun.....it's a normal phase in our situation. But there's always hope. It's not the end of everything =)

Hey, Yeah..I agree with everyone that you really should make the effort to network and ask your family and friends around you whether anyone needs some extra help. You will definitely find some type of job if you try. As far as hating people, let me tell you that you are not alone. I have personally felt this way about many people around me just because of what I don't have that they have. But, just think of what you're good at and try to concentrate on that only. One day or another you will have mastered this skill of yours to actually use it to your benefit. So, don't concentrate on others too much. It is what it is. As far as the job is concerned, just try looking around as I said. You are still in high school. You are very young. I recommend you definitely research your local community colleges. You can always transfer to a four year institution after first two years of study at community college. It is definitely more affordable. Good luck...

Yeah thats how it is, I keep getting calls from the marines and I wanted to be a field medic in the navy but I can't it just sucks because personally I love this country but I guess it does not love me back. Right now I'm willing stick it out and do community college. I've been trying to find peace and just go on and maybe if nothing happens any time soon I will be applying to immigrate to another country.
