Thanks Hrvatica13,It seems the GOP & teabag loonies are now changing tactics to not only put pressure on excluding those without documents in any future healthcare overhaul plan,but also any future legalized person whom was once undocumented.

I guess we'll just have to wait & see how Democrats handle this new angle by the malaligned conservatives.

Can that even be done? If it can, then will that rule apply even after they become US citizens?

Can't really say at this point since no specific restrictions have come to light in law concerning the Baucus bill,but more than likely such restrictions would be challenged in court anyway & deemed unconstitutional as it pertains to US citizens.
