please give me some advice..

I was wondering if getting a DL from new mexico would
be a crime,, for the qualification for DA

like would they say that i am not qualify for Da because of the
licence that i got from new mexico if i get it?


i really need a driver's license soon because i have to school at night..


but i am too scared to get it because of the worries that i have written above..


what are the thoughts here?..


do you guys think it's okay for me to get a license from a different state?...

I researched this a lot, I was going to get one myself (im in florida) problem is... you gotta prove you live there.. so you gotta rent a cheap apartment under your name and also maybe get a bank acct there (2 proves of residence) and if you dont have a social, no problem they expect tax id numbers..

Really to me its about the amount of time and effort.. your gonna have to spend 2-3 weeks there because your gonna rent an apartment which can get to be pricey ...and opening up a bank acct.. your also have to stay there to get your DL in the mail... unless you have people living already there that can say hey shes living w me (they have to sign a paper in front of the DL office saying you are) its gonna be lots of time, effort and money..which makes me think if its worth the mess.. if done right could be easy and fast..

to me?I have work I cant take that much off and ah money..

i know the way to get it..

cuz i have friends that live there but

the question that i am asking is that

is getting a out of state license disqualify me from the DA?
