Hi Luvsherry,This is a question/semi suggestion for you & your husband.Have you guys tried to see if there is anyway you could get your green card any earlier by going through the Navy Base's JAG office to apply a little pressure on DHS since you're basically a military family member ?

My Husband:

I believe that JAG has many other cases and things to do than allocate some of their resources to put pressure on anyone. That requires a person with a high level of authority and I don't think that they would waste time on this. When I mean high, I mean very high. To pressure the DHS is very difficult. They are their own department in the Government. However, I do know that the law office in the Navy does offer to give advice and help with the application process for all of the forms. All free of charge.
