Does anyone have drivers license? without ssn?

Who have gotten drivers license? without ssn?

It seems there are many people said nv , washington , new mexico.. You can get drivers license..

But who actually have went their recently and got their DL?

If you have please share.. becuase i really want to drive. but i have no ssn.
but i have student id, valid passport.

Please let me know how you manage to get one. and what are some requirements.

you can get one in NM and WA, but your gonna have to prove you live there.. rent an apartment with your name and open up a bank account so you have 2 proofs..or maybe you have a friend there you can say you live w her and she would have to go w you and sign saying YOU DO IN FACT live with her... tricky part is money... expensive driving to there, food, gas and apartment or friends house (if you actually have a friend there) so i mean you can save and go... but the annoying part is its yet another thing to spend money on.. which is like ahh why cant my state have the same benefits..

but if its worth it to you? than go for it.. Im sick of spending money on that stuff so I dont even wanna go up there to do get the license...and I cant take that much off work... another thing is your prob going to have to stay there till your license gets sent to you via mail.. (in NW or WA) or if you have a friend she can mail to you. Hence why I just wanna drive without one as bitter as that sounds.

If you have the money, then spend it to go to WA or NM and get a valid license.
If you don't, then call someone in your home country [hopefully you know someone] and have them send a photocopy of a drivers license. Once it gets here, get creative and fudge around with the license copies so it eventually looks like a license that belongs to you.

Then, take it to your nearest international DL office and get your own license. This is the cheapest method. Runs around $150 to make.

Drive safely, and nobody will suspect a thing.

i like you! do what you have to do.. yet I feel so shamefull justifying the illegal part of my status lol we are called illegal immigrants yet we were minors to do anything illegal.

thanks for the info. do you actually know someone who got it ? or you saw it online? becuase i need some good proof if im ever going to NM. im in ny that is like 7 states across.. wow great lol..

I heard about people going there and I heard people charging 2,000 so they can do all the paper work and you go there and get your license.. which is stupid.. It works trust me... problem is .. money and the hassle of it.. because I live in Florida and thats a long drive up.

You don't have to pay people to do the paperwork for you. You can do it yourself. I mean, you speak English so it shouldn't be hard for you. and yes, I have heard of people that were able to get it. I'm planning on going next year if the DA doesn't pass. Hopefully, the laws in WA don't change cuz i'll be really screwed if they did! u_u

Guys. I went to NM and got my license not too long ago. So yes it is possible. I've thought about posting a topic with details of how I did it, but I realize that a lot of people read this website, people who don't have our best interest at heart, for that reason I haven't done it.

To the person who said they are from NY. So am I. I'm in NYC and yes, the trip is long and expensive, but it's well worth it.
