Just another quick article about the DA, I know this writer personally, Im particularly happy that they put this on the front page of the paper, it definitely helps raise awareness around the filipino community.

Hey Ed....I'm Filipino too...what a coincidence =)
I do think their emphasis on "Filipino" is unecessary for this article though because there's nothing there that specifically targets just us. I thought everything written on this is something we already know and does apply to everone.

i see latinos on this site forget that immigration isnt just a latino. let us have ours XD lol

I read this and thought that there was going to be a Filipino-specific legislation, and I had a small panic attack.

But it's good that the article targets someone other than the latinos.
