I have gotten license from WA about a year ago.
I took a flight there and passed the test without a problem.
My dad also went to NM to get one, and he got the temporary license
but he hasn't gotten his real license yet after 2 months. I think there's a problem with address and stuff cause he paid someone to help him with the bill. DMV is not giving him his license cause they are suspicious? or something. And I heard that's a common problem nowadays cause so many people are going to NM to get it.

my biggest problem is finding a car to take the test
does the car have to be registered in washington with insurance from washington or can it be from another state?
