Sherry I think we have to show more sensitivity here. Sonofawich, I don't think disorderly conduct counts as committing a crime of moral torpitude. At any rate, have you seeked help in this issue? Attempt of suicide indicates depression.

I think the reason why they charge you because they think you are faking suicide. I honestly don't think they will charge you for disorderly conduct because you commit suicide(I did it before anyway and they never charge me)

Beside if they really charge a person's suicide act as a crime, then next time when he/she attempt suicide for real, that person probably don't even seek for help.

You just need to prove that you attempt suicide for real, and then you probably get thrown into one of those behavioral center or whatever for three to five days minimal, no more than a week for what I heard. Because I've been in it for three times.

But about the law part, I am not sure. And in any sense I think you should seek help. If you don't want to tell your issue over internet, you should try to find a psychologist and speak to them.

listen you wanna first get yourself a lawyer! but not a cheap lawyer (400) get yourself one that understands that no matter what the cost (1500) is he has to take care of this. a disorderly conduct charge is not that serious and its only a misdemeanor. i live in new york and my disorderly charge got taken down to a violation and doesn't count as a criminal offense only just an infraction similar to a speeding ticket.
