dude I can't believe you gave up so easily! why didn't you ask what document you were missing!? after that you Should have tried another DOL, as the previous poster said, some of them are really anal while others won't even look at your paperwork.
I'm sorry bro I just can't believe you gave up that easily. I myself failed the driving test once and since the guy who took me couldn't stay I had to come back and go back in that same week that was like 100 hrs on the road! talk about determination

make sure you study that book because all the answers are there and the questions are the same one from the book. i had to parallel park, i was so angry because i didn't know how to do it but she still made me do it

What?? That is insane! I would've filed a complaint against her if I were you. But then again, you know, we can't call too much attention to ourselves.

[To the OP]
In any case, I agree with some of the other members, it sounds like you gave up too fast. You could've tried a different DMV. Not to be harsh, because obviously these events have taken a toll on your emotions, but if you had had a clearer head when going over there, you may have made some better decisions. But I understand that it must be very nerve-wracking to go through all of that.

The only solution I can give you is to persevere and give it one last try (3rd time's the charm?). You can find out through the forums who has gotten a DL in Washington, and send them a Private Message. I hope you found out what it was that you were missing, and maybe there's a way you can get that documentation. Again, I'd say give it one more try, but this time bring a cool head and be 100% prepared.
