Lou Dobbs in 2012?!

He must be crazy!

A "liberated" Lou Dobbs, who recently left CNN, is thinking about running for President of the United States in the next election saying that it's "one of the discussions that we're having."

Dobbs is said to be trying to reach out to Latinos as he's well-known for his harsh commentary on illegal immigration. Dobbs said, "For the first time, I'm actually listening to some people about politics."

Well there's a novel idea!

Dobbs just wants to do good for his country, saying:

"We've got to do something in this country and I think that being in the public arena means you've got to be part of the solution. I am looking forward to moving ahead in the public arena — journalism, public policy and public life."

It seems that in today's times anyone can say that they are going to run for president. What has this country come to? But from what analyst are saying, it looks like their is more of a possibility of him running for the senate in NJ than anything else. Their was another thread here were Dobbs was being interviewed by a Telemundo news anchor. In the interview Dobbs was being too friendly and was trying to stay away from any major issues, such as immigration, or the leprosy cases that he reported on. Now i know why, what a freaking two face SOB. Apparently, he wants to leave all his options open. No shame whatsoever.

I doubt that normal people would vote for him. Who wants to vote for a demagogue that takes issues with things like whether or not Obama was a real citizen? Dobbs seems crazy to me.

It'd be amusing to watch him run though. But then again, I might not even be in this country in 2012.
