Colleges in Florida Accepting Bright Futures

I have Bright Futures scholarship but all the universities i've contacted so far have all turned me down. The Bright Futures Scholarship is available to illegals to use as long as the school allows them to. If you guys can help me by finding some colleges that accept the bright futures scholarship of non citizens I would appreciate it very much. Thank You in Advance

Hi I'm sorry if this doesn't help you answer your question but I'm curious to know how were you able to get bright futures? I don't think I qualify at all, and have no proof, and my parents are in the same situation, no proof of nothing. :/
