Dad getting sponsored qs

Hi,

My dad will be finishing his Registered Nurse course this year and hopefully be sponsored by the nursing home that he's been working for over 8 yrs. My question is I will be 21 then, will I still be eligible for a legal status?

i think the DREAM Act says that it's for the people who are 12 - 35 yrs old?

you should go check that because i vaguely remember it...

well they are going to sponsor your dad only right? i think as soon as he gets his legal residency then he can apply for you and i think the cut off age for legalization for permanent residents is 21 and unmarried.
