craigslist is the best bet.
don't use fake ssn for any reason unless you want to get into trouble.

I've been at my current job for about a year and a half using a fake ssn. About 6 months after i was hired, they told me the number didn't match, i just told them i would apply for a new number and give it to them once i got it, they haven't asked me about it since. I guess i'm lucky.

I think I'll take a look at craigslist, thanks for the advice.

Btw, it's nice to have a place where undocumented students can communicate and not receive horrible hate filled responses.

yep I'm liking this better than facebook, in a way here we are really a community.
