If someone tries to take advantage of you because you LOOK like you can be taken advantage of, and then in the end you give in and just pay up? Then hey maybe that person was right. So what does that say about you? The same could be said about our status, we could either keep taking it up the butt or keep fighting for our rights.

so went in today, so less scary then I thought- not even real ourt room, likr little office. but pled my case, judge was sympathetic, but in end his decision was even if my feet were on it for 10sec, still not in compliant with mta rules... grrrrr!!! ya know on the same rules, it says not eating, drinking, or chewing gum...yaaa right.

but everything worked out - i did have to pay but w/e im gla i at least stood up for myself

That is ridiculous but I am glad you took our advice and decided to fight it. Don't let anyone take advantage of you.
