Dear DAP Community,

Today marks the third day of the YLC hunger strikers in New York City. Their aim: to pressure Schumer to push Dream as a standalone from the Judiciary Committee into the Senate floor. There will be a vigil today at 7pm tomorrow, Friday June 4. If you live in NYC, please come and support us outside of Schumer's office at 757 Third Avenue.

The strikers have been getting some media attention. However, it is not enough. We need to help them keep the momentum going, specially since the Senate is about to come back from recess next Monday. Help us reach out to the media. A member from the YLC will help us how to get in touch with the media and what to say. The list includes English and Spanish media, so if you speak both languages, you will be of great help! Send me your email address via PM if you are interested.

Help us out. This much needed push is of critical importance.
