It will still be hard for gay couples to go trough the interview. Imagine them going to the interview and then simply get rejected for being gay.

[MOD EDIT: Learn to respect others please]
If you are straight, you already have this right. Why the fuck would you pretend to be gay?

I need my xanax.

I'm gay and I don't care much for the marriage, like marriage itself, I believe if you love someone you will stay with them until that love is there HOWEVER if i was a us citizen and I was gay, I would like to have the right to marry just because I'm a citizen. I mean, if we can't legally marry, that means we don't have the same rights, which would mean we don't have the same responsibilities, so we should only pay a portion of the taxes that heterosexuals pay, etc. You know? It's either equal in everything or it isn't.

so how does this work exactly seening how gay marriage is illegal in most states? Works for those states in which it isn't I take it? What if the marriage was performed in another country (Mexico or Canada for example). Does it still apply?

this is good news but it seems like they've legislatively jumped the gun here.
