ok...I just found out that the papers are for a 2nd larceny crime. My sister went to kohls after being let go from a $18 larceny from Forever21 by the judge and got caught with $200 worth of stuff which is a felony. Am I going to get deported? Dream Act seems SOO close. I am 18 so can I find a friend to live with until Dream Act passes? Maybe wait for a year or two while my parents support me from Korea?

First step talk to an immigration lawyer buddy. Ask him or her everything.

Try free consultation lawyers, although I don't know if they will be able to give you detailed answers.

this isn't about you. you won't be deported because you didn't do anything. but your sister is in huge trouble and now she has to pay the consequences.. she's only 16, she should go back home before 18.. hopefully they'll just send her to juvie
