it wasn't hard at all~ it only took 5 mins to get it done =)

no i dont have family in WA

the closest DMV is in federal way within 15 mins drive and was not hard to find at all~

i bring the following:
*valid NC driver license
*year book
*valid passport w/o visa
*driving record
*college transcript

I would probably bomb the written and the actual driving test lol

no they didn't ask for proving of my address. i just wrote it down on a piece paper and give it to her, then she just type it to the computer
