Obama wont sign a executive order for the Dream Act, hell no. He doesnt even have all the democrats on board to pass the Dream act, and the political climate right now after the Arizona bill is looking very grim, about 14 states are introducing legislation like Arizona's. CIR and the Dream Act will pass the day that Republicans decide to have some common sense and support it, otherwise nothing will be done. I hope im wrong, but unless we have any type of Republican support we will not move forward with an immigration bill.
