Question about college

I am an illegal immigrant that overstayed his visa, It was not my choice as i have been here since i was 11 and next summer will be my 18'th birthday.
I am very interested in going to college but i dont know if my state (ohio) allows illegal immigrants to go to school, or apply for financial aid/scholarships/or instate tuition.
I am very scared/frustrated if anyone has any information please help me out and inform me as to what are the necessary steps for me to take before giving up on my dreams

i live in Texas and they have in state tuition , there are some states that have it too... but im not sure if yours does. i think someone posted a link about those states in the news room. hope it helps, dont give up!

i got to state college in new jersey, but cant get any financial aid or anything, all paid straight up.
