Question about WA DL ( please help )

Hey there fellow dreamies
I just got to know about some friends over at WA that could let me use their address so I can get the drivers licence. It's kinda exciting!!!!
Im 19 and korean, I live in OC and didn't know where to ask about this...
I graduated high school in 09' so I have my yearbook but what else?
What kind of papers do i need? Is it still ok to get the licence?

yeah you can get a license but you're going to have to take the knowledge test and the driving test. if you have other questions don't hesitate to message me.
