I am preparing to transfer and I am wondering If AB540 students qualify for the application fee waiver?

No, you have to pay whatever the application fee is.

If you're applying to UC, try to get an admission guarantee contract first before you apply to the school.

Once you get an admission guarantee contract from your desired school, you will not have to apply to a bunch of school and wait in nervousness

I have one question and one thing to contribute to this post.

1) What is an admission guarantee contract and does it apply for graduate school at a UC as well? And how do you apply for one of these?

2) If you're applying for an engineering graduate program and are able to travel to USC, then sign up, show up, and get the $85 application fee waived! Actual wording: "Preview Day attendees who later apply to the Viterbi School will have their application fee waived ($85 savings)!" That includes us too

Here's the link for prospective master's students for Preview Day, Friday November 5:

Here's the link for prospective Ph.D. students for the REACH event, October 21-23:
