I just ran 3.4 miles to my nearest USPS to get SSS now I just need to mail it in but I still don't feel comfortable sending it.

Why are you feeling uncomfortable? You are following the law.

I would do a priority delivery with signature.

I have never told anyone about my status and to send a piece of paper with name and address makes me feel like someone is going to come knocking on my door to take me away. I know that it won't happen but still I don't like it.

According to the law, your status does not matter so you are ok.

so... you ran 3.4 miles, got the form and ran back 3.4 miles to ponder whether you will send it or not.

Actually, it states that it is required that you apply for the SSS if you are undocumented. What I don't get is why do I have to find out about that requirement here, not every one visits this place so I expect a lot of people to not do this while they are here, and yet, this has a potential of affecting citizenship.

No the whole round trip was 3.4 miles and I'm not pondering whether I should send it or not, I will put it in the mail tomorrow.
