The kid that started the thread along with a few others are straight up thinking of themselves and screw everyone else. Even though they've been fighting the fight for the last 10 years while they were still in what??? ELEMENTARY SCHOOL!!! 1. Let them lower the age from 35 to 25-26. I know I'm selfish because I'm only 17, but if DA does not pass now it may never come up again for years with Republicans controlling the House and Obama having a 90% of not being re-elected in 2012.

2. Change conditional green card to student visas with work permit, or any combination. "Legal" status is MUCH better than being undocumented. There are a lot of avenues one can use to get permanent resident status if one is on a legal status.

Partial Dream Act > no Dream Act at all.

And if you are 35 years old, still sitting around here hoping for the DREAM act and haven't done anything with your life over the last ten years, then sorry you had plenty of time to come to grips with your situation. I'll be long gone before I get to that age. I'm not spending my life hoping for a bill to pass. I'd rather use me degree in Somalia than do that.
