What do you think of the maximum age dropping from 35 to 30 on the new version?

Do you all understand the 'Retroactive Provision' in the bill?

Do you all have atleast 2 years towards a Bachelor's degree?

Yes, but what about folks who are from 30-35 with no 2 years in college?

How are they determining this anyway? How many credits? You can be in college for 2 years and don't have a Associate degree.

No offense to the DREAMers who are between 30-35 and do not have atleast 2 years toward a Bachelor's degree but what did you do after high school?

Retro portion has been in all versions. Yes, if they drop the age to 30 and you are 30 or above at the time of enactment then you have to have 2 years toward a Bachelor's degree. So do you have 2 years? If not, how many do you need?

I'm sure there are others that just didn't choose to go to college for other reasons, or similar ones. I mean in retrospect it was a bad idea not to go to college, since the economy is in the tank and you need to specialize to find a good job.
I would have to agree with you in this one generally. You love it and the money is there. College is very expensive now and I am reading stuff that the graduates are having trouble finding jobs and on top on this they are thousands in debt.

What about since 2001 when DA was introduced?
