I am came to the US when I was 3
Recently I just left the US bc I am processing a immigrant visa through marriage.
I wanted to know if they pass the DREAM ACT
will I be able to apply for it ? I am in Mexico , but I graduated from HS & every other school in the US. I am taking online classes at a college in Texas.
I just wanted to have this as another option for me.
Will I be able to apply for it from Mexico?
& If I can Do we have to go to a interview of some sort? Will they mail the Conditional Green card home?? or how will this work?
What are the possibilities of the DREAM ACT being passed in December 2010?

To qualify a person must have been present in the US for 5 consecutive years and you left so I would say no you don't qualify for the Dream Act anymore.

I'm also curious about this. I heard someone talk about a waiver to be able to come back and apply for the DA. Does anyone know if waivers might be available to certain individuals under extraordinary circumstances?

I also read u qualify if you return to the US before 90-180 days

I am in the exact same boat as you...I kinda tried to stall the process because I thought there was going to be a reform..but I got tired of waiting...but yea youre story is exactly like mine..I went to the u.s. at 3..same thing high school etc..I have my waiver in january...so I hope that goes well..Did you already go to youre interview?
