Check around minute 4:00 in the video and he clearly says that he filed cloture on it today.

He says that he will file for closure today.

At what time did the reported ask him the question?

Sounds like he changed his mind.

Ok, I heard him saying that he filled for cloture as well. But doesn't cloture mean that they all vote to prevent a fillibuster? In other terms they vote fot cloture and if it more than 60 senators agree to keep on talking about it, and then they vote again for a final decission but this time only has to pass 50 vote? Or did he filled for another kinf of cloture? Or I'm I confussing cloture with someting else?
Can someone elaborate plz... I'm ignorant on this bureocratic procedure.

you need 60 votes to start the debate (cloture), 60 votes for the bill itself, and then 60 votes to end debate (cloture again)

Ok, so they voted today and he had 60 votes to start the debate?
*He mentioned that he filled cloture or does filling cloture means invoking for a votation, but not actually executing it?
