Obviously. But many dreamies already don't recieve in state, so imo, the ones who were able to get it were a lucky bunch.

Now onto the bigger picture... No DA, and keep in state? Or DA and no in state? Thought so. It just means you'll have to work your ass off like all the other brown, white, black, purple, asain, ect. dreamies out there.
