6(C) is not mentioned in there, they specify only 6(E) and 6(G)...

I explained what each portion in the DA S. 3992 that was added in the calendar includes on this thread.

So what? Were you convicted and found guilty? I would not worry about it. Remember you are innocent until found guilty.

i'm guessing you were waved by? Unless they caught you, printed you, photographed you, etc... I don't think you need to worry about it.

Does anybody know what this means?

Quote:
(1) IN GENERAL.—Notwithstanding any other
2 provision of law and except as otherwise provided in
3 this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security may
4 cancel removal of an alien who is inadmissible or de5
portable from the United States
So basicly if you are under TPS you are fucked? I'm a TPS holder and I have no way to adjust and get a green card.

I believe Marco956 is referring to this:

Quote:
(2) WAIVER.--Notwithstanding paragraph (1), the Secretary of Homeland Security may waive the ground of ineligibility under paragraph (1), (4), or (6) of section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and the ground of deportability under paragraph (1) of section 237(a) of that Act for humanitarian purposes or family unity or when it is otherwise in the public interest.
If you already have a lifetime ban I have no idea if you still qualify. I think you will just to have to wait to see if DREAM passes and talk to a really good lawyer. I don't think it would be wise for you to apply without one.

I just don't know anymore, I mean, i see that part where it states that the secretary of homeland security may cancel the removal of an alien who is inadmissible or deportable and I just think about that as just being an option that the secretary of homeland security can exercise if the case requires that action.

I'm sure you can get a waiver or something...some people have committed crimes and still get they're green cards. I tried to renew my license online and claimed I'm a citizen but I never paid for it or give more I information.. should I worry about this???
