DA = Best present of life.
Funny how the only thing we want is what so many take for granted.
There's hope out there for us!!

I really just want to get this over with, one way or the other (the one way is to pass). I want the DREAM to at least see a vote in the Senate.

Thanks for the post after reading this I don't think we lost anyone it’s up to the Homeland Security Secretary, who could grant wavier to individuals, & I like Janet Napolitano, she backs the dream act cause.
once again Thanks

I'm sure that you're still eligible. Your problem is not serious enough to disqualify you for DA.

Sigh, we lost people who are over 30. They are the original Dreamers who have been fighting for the bill since 2001

You are still eligible. Unless you have been charged with a misdemeanor on three separate occasions with jail terms of 90+ days in the past or during the 10 year conditional period you still qualify. Or any felony what-so-ever with a sentence of at least 1 year in the past or during the 10 year conditional period.

Thanks for thinking of us.. That's Life! After a hard fight, waiting, watching, hoping praying, seeing that ray* of light at the end of the tunnel only to find out that it just wasn't your time! The funny thing about Life is things always find themselves working out in the end. Good Luck to you and the others. The real work just begins!!!!
