I don't think he is helping us just for himself. He has been speaking out for us in media and various protests for our rights.
I think he is genuinely helping us, but I remember he said he would leave the party if nothing gets done. While it may sound assertive and confident, that idea also is not good because these two party system will keep going on for many decades ahead.
