I think there should be a stand alone military bill for those who want to join the military. It would be a lot simpler to past since some of the republicans are in favor of that idea.

I plan on joining the U.S. Army as a 68W Health Care Specialist (Medic)

But I say this plan is horrible, if a military only piece of legislation is passed then republicans will then make the excuse "this is the only way it should be earned."

I think its great, girls can do anyone can god what's so bad about being in the military, get a tech job job if your not willing to do frontline stuff, AF and Navy are great for non combat positions or coast guard and reserve

Well all branches have infantry and "POG" positions. The Army and the Marines have jobs that are non-infantry, although, the Marine corp will give some infantry training even if the person is not heading to war at all. The Army, depending on the job, they will send you straight to training for that thing that you are doing, after basic, just like all the other branches.
