I think it depends on how you explain it to him/her (the US Citizen). If you just tell them you're "illegal" it has a lot of negative connotations to it, and it depends on how much they know about immigration.
If you explained your situation further to them maybe you aged out of a petition filed for you or your parents, your petition from work fell through, you were brought here at a very young age, that might change the way they respond to you and they might see you in a more positive light. I won't marry an undocumented person because like Freshh said, there's just too much instability with both people. I wouldn't mind marrying a guy from a first world country besides the US though, that way I could move there with him if things don't work out here  . |
