what was sessions talking about when he said that illegals could become citizens by joining the military?

he said that people that have joined the military have gotten their citizenships MEANING that LEGAL permanent residents that have joined the armed forces can apply for citizenship and get it thru that.. so u basically have to be legal in the first place.. which has nothing to do with the Dream Act because we have no way of joining in the first place.. what a fucking BITCH he is.
