Sorry for taking long to report an update on the DREAM Act.... either way, at around 9:40 am the majority leader Senator Reid made this announcement as to what would happen.

First the impeachment would be considered, and it was, by 12:30 they were to go to recess and they did, they will be returning at 3:30 from recess and they will consider first and foremost S.3991 (not to be confused with the dream act which is s.3992), then they will consider the bills that are in cloture, there will be as much as 30 hours of debate before a vote takes place.

He did not say the vote would be today, but he did not say it would not, in any case here is hoping that they vote it through so that they may add the amendments and talk in more detail of the bill and finally get a vote going to hopefully pass the DREAM Act.

What kind of amendment do you think that may be added or dropped? Any chance for Retro in there or up to age 35?
