The US HOUSE of Representatives has passed DREAM ACT!!!

Final vote: 216-198

highlights: 8 Republicans voted for it
38 DEMOCRATS voted against it!! (why?)





Vote on DREAM ACT expected to take TOMORROW in The Senate!!!
