What to do when Dream Act passes?

Ok the Dream Act is almost passed does anyone know what to do when it passes? Should we go talk to a lawyer as soon as it passes? or what should we do?

Negativity is welcome, but you are claiming to know. Please refrain yourself from posting without having a source. Right now, no one really knows what will happen with the Dream Act. Many things can happen tomorrow.

If the bill passes the Department of Homeland security will issue a statement on how to go about applying with 180 days of the bill passing (Half a year).
