Hi.
I just turned into 16 when I entered US (illegally - meaning not through the inspection) and I started attending school the following year.
Few month ago, I earned BS degree at a public university.

I have been reading articles, posts, etc and nobody was mentioning about individuals who already have earned a higher degree (BS or BA). Do we still have to file and wait 6-10 years to get permanent residency?

One more, if I just turn into 16, (I believe a lot of people will fall in this line), will there be a way to petition, talking a consideration that one already has earned higher degree?

Thank you

If you were 16 years old by the time you entered the country. Even if it was ONE day after turning 16, you do not qualify for the Dream Act.

You do not qualify. You had to enter the country before turning 16.

But again, if he goes to apply for this...how are they going to be able to verify this info?

Well, its on the applicant to prove that they were in the country before turning 16. Medical records, school records, dental records etc. If you can't prove it, then you don't qualify. The burden of proof isn't on them, its on the applicant.
